Sheila Panchal MSc CPsychol MISCP is a Chartered Psychologist and Registered Occupational Psychologist. She is co-author of ‘Turning 30: How to get the life you really want’ (with Jackson, 2005). She has applied positive and coaching psychology in a range of organisational settings. She holds a Professional Development Certificate in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney. Sheila specialises in transitions, from developmental turning points to dealing with the stress of organisational change. She is a Director of the International Society for Coaching Psychology.
